A leadership framework does not, on its own, tell someone what to do in an unclear situation. For HR and learning teams, this raises a practical question: which capabilities do leaders need, and what must the organisation put in place to support them?
Andy Fitze examines leadership through situations in which information is incomplete and responsibility is tangible. He brings experience as a business and expedition leader to a discussion of how people can prepare for such conditions. The focus is the relationship between individual capability and organisational support.
