Situation

What helps now

Not every change is ours to decide. Yet practical questions remain: where do we need a clear answer, what can the team already agree on, and which observation should someone raise before it becomes a bigger problem?

Andy Fitze draws on real situations from his expedition and leadership experience. The focus is not only the person in charge. It is also the people who notice something, ask a question or help a colleague at the right time.

The talk is for employees at every level. It explores the contribution people can make through their work together, while recognising what leaders and the organisation need to resolve. Legitimate concerns are not brushed aside with a request to think more positively.

Content

Questions the talk explores

Influence
What is within someone's control, and what requires a decision from those responsible?
Cooperation
Which agreements help when familiar routines no longer fit?
Speaking up
How can people raise an observation or a concern in time?
Support
When is asking for help more useful than trying to solve a problem alone?

The talk opens a conversation about cooperation in your organisation. No specialist knowledge is needed, and it is not a management seminar.

Occasion

Where it fits

Designed for employee gatherings, team days and annual kick-offs, including mixed audiences of employees and managers. Preparation establishes what is changing in the organisation and which questions can be discussed openly. The talk does not replace management communication about specific business decisions.
