Boards of directors and executive teams have to decide on AI long before all the facts are available. Andy Fitze supports leadership bodies in this, as co-founder of SwissCognitive, president of the Swiss IT Leadership Forum and former Top CIO.

In the retreat, a short input is followed by work on your own company: where does the organisation stand on AI? Which risks and opportunities are strategically relevant? How does responsibility stay with the board?
